Neuromodulator Adverse Events – Masseter Muscle

The treatment of the masseter muscle for bruxism or myofascial pain with neuromodulators is not easy and can carry some elevated risk for adverse events if not conducted properly. In this video, you will learn about the potential adverse events that can occur during treatment of the masseter muscle with neuromodulator injections as Prof. Cotofana will perform a layer-by-layer anatomic dissection to show the anatomy of the lateral midface. You will learn about the correct needle sizes and about the different anatomic planes when injecting toxins.
