Course Description
The tear trough region is one of the most difficult facial regions to address with soft tissue fillers. It is not because of the underlying vascularity or because of the proximity to the eye. But instead, it is difficult because of the complex layered anatomy of this region. Understanding the layered anatomy and its connection to the midface and lower eyelid can help to achieve better outcomes. In this video, various techniques utilizing both needles and cannulas are demonstrated focusing on anatomy and on the clinical outcome.
