This course offers a comprehensive review of the upper face through detailed anatomic dissections, focusing on key structures such as nerves, important arteries, fascias, and fat pads. You will explore the layer-by-layer structures of the forehead and temples, revealing vessels like the supratrochlear, supraorbital, paracentral artery, and superficial temporal artery, as well as muscles such as the frontalis and temporalis muscles. The course also examines crucial fat compartments, including the retro-orbicularis oculi fat (ROOF) and the sub-orbicularis oculi fat (SOOF). By uncovering each fascial plane these structures exist in, practitioners will gain the knowledge necessary for precise and safe aesthetic procedures, specifically catered towards filler injections.
