There are no passwords — we email you a one-time code instead.

• Select Sign in in the header.
• Enter your email address and select Continue.
• If you are new, you will be asked for your full name — enter it and select Create account.
• Check your inbox for a 6-digit code and enter it on screen. If it doesn't arrive, select Resend.
• You are signed in and taken straight to My Learning.

If you were part-way through a purchase, you are returned to where you left off rather than to My Learning.

You can move between the monthly and annual plans at any time.

• Select Account in the My Learning menu.
• Under Membership, select Manage billing to open our secure Stripe portal.
• Choose to update your plan and select the one you want.
• The change takes effect straight away and your next invoice is adjusted for what you have already paid.
• Your access is uninterrupted throughout — nothing needs to be re-purchased.

If your employer or school has bought access for you, everything is covered by a single invite link they share internally.

• Open the invite link you were sent. It opens a page branded for your organisation.
• If you do not have an account yet, enter your email and name there, then the 6-digit code we email you. Your place is taken automatically once the code is verified.
• If you already have an account, sign in and select Join [your organisation].
• You are taken straight to your course library with the full catalogue available.

You will not be asked to pay for anything at any point. A small number of organisations exclude particular modules — if something is missing from your library, your administrator will be able to say why.
