The forehead has a total of 8 different fascial layers and its arterial vascular supply is predominantly originating from branches of the ophthalmic artery. It is therefore understandable that the forehead is a high-risk zone for causing severe adverse events especially when targeted with soft tissue fillers. Although no injection simulations are performed, this video is best suited for briefly freshen up on forehead anatomy prior to clinical treatments.
