The medial midface is a highly complex and a highly mobile anatomic facial region which poses multiple challenges for the aesthetic injector. Especially the vascular (arterial and venous) anatomy needs to be thoroughly understood when planning to treat the medial midface with soft tissue fillers. Although no injection simulations are performed, this video is best suited for briefly freshen up on midfacial anatomy prior to clinical treatments.
