The nose is the No. 1 most dangerous facial region to cause severe adverse events like blindness when injected with soft tissue fillers. The reason for this is the complex nasal arterial vascular anatomy and its connection to the ophthalmic artery circulation. To stay safe(er) a detailed understanding of the layered anatomy is necessary. Although no injection simulations are performed, this video is best suited for briefly freshen up on nose anatomy prior to clinical treatments.
