Overview
Dorsal nasal enhancement procedures address the shape of the nose and in most of the cases an inferior-to-superior injection approach is selected. However, if a prominent dorsal nasal hump is present, the frontonasal angle cannot be addressed from inferior. Instead, an approach from superior needs to be conducted. In this video, the rarely demonstrated cannula-based injection technique in superior approach is shown and the associated vascular danger zones are explained.
