Overview
The tear trough deformity requires in most of the cases a deep injection approach due to the fact that only 3 fascial layers are present in the medial infraorbital region. However, the development of new soft tissue filler products may allow the injector to place the product into the subdermal plane. In this video, the superficial = subdermal cannula injection technique from an inferior injection approach is simulated.
