Overview
The classic “Gunshot” technique also referred to as the ”One up and one over” technique is the most frequently performed temporal volumization technique when using soft tissue fillers. Due to its deep supraperiosteal product administration, the various layers of the temple and the pathway of the anterior deep temporal artery must be understood and respected. In this video, the classic deep approach with a 27G needle is presented and discussed.
