Overview
The age-related volume loss of the temple can be addressed with minimally invasive soft tissue filler injections. Multiple injection techniques are available targeting the different fascial planes of the temporal region. Recent findings about the pathway of the anterior deep temporal artery have prompted the development of the modification of the classic “Gunshot” injection technique. In this video, the “Modified Gunshot” technique is demonstrated, and its advantages highlighted.
