Overview
Frontal hollowing is a prominent sign of facial aging and is caused by age-related changes of the frontal soft tissues and of the underlying frontal bone. Soft tissue filler injections into the frontal soft tissues have been shown to be a good and reliable aesthetic intervention. However, due to the proximity of the frontal arterial vasculature to the ophthalmic arterial vasculature, such treatment is considered high risk. In this video, you will see a needle-based technique demonstrated following the detailed review of the frontal vasculature.
