Historically, the glabella was targeted based on what injectors saw on the skin surface. Following many years of research, this approach has luckily changed and now injectors treat the glabella based on the underlying muscular anatomy. However, many myths remain which makes the glabella a very challenging anatomic region to treat with neuromodulators.
