1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the CotofanaAnatomy.com website ("Website") and all related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Cotofana Anatomy Corp. ("Cotofana Anatomy", "we", "us", or "our").

If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. If you do not have such authority, or do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not access or use the Website or Services.

By accessing or using the Website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Access and Use of Content 

License

Content accessed through Cotofana Anatomy is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to copy, distribute, record, photograph, modify, or create derivative works based on any content from our platform. Sharing videos or any portions thereof for commercial or educational purposes—including public presentations or academic platforms—is strictly prohibited.

Cotofana Anatomy reserves the right to revoke access at its sole discretion. Upon revocation, you must immediately delete all content obtained through the Services, whether downloaded or otherwise acquired, and any copies thereof.

3. User Accounts and Registration 

3.1 Eligibility

Access to the Website and Services is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3.2 Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. Submitting false or incomplete information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Cotofana Anatomy reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision. This includes, without limitation, removing the offending content from the Service, suspending or terminating the violator’s account, and reporting the violation to law enforcement authorities.

If we determine that you are abusing our Services, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of the Services without delivering a refund. Violations are determined at Cotofana Anatomy’s sole discretion.

  – Infringes any intellectual property or proprietary rights of any party;
  
  – You do not have a right to upload under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;

  – Constitutes unsolicited advertising or promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” “contests,” or other solicitations;
  
  – Is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable;
  
  – In Cotofana Anatomy’s sole judgment, restricts or inhibits others from using the Service or exposes Cotofana Anatomy or users to harm or liability;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service;
• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Harvest contact information for unsolicited communications;
• Advertise or sell products without authorization;
• Promote illegal activity or share instructions for illegal conduct;
• Access data or systems without authorization.

3.4 Account Security 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You may never use another person's account, and you may not provide another person with your username or password to access your account. You are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your password remains confidential and secure.

You agree to:

• (a) Immediately notify Cotofana Anatomy of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and
• (b) Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session when accessing the Services.

Cotofana Anatomy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

3.5 Commercial Use

Unless otherwise expressly authorized herein or by Cotofana Anatomy in writing, you agree not to display, distribute, license, perform, publish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, create derivative works from, modify, sell, resell, exploit, transfer, or upload for any commercial purposes any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

3.6 Termination and Restrictions

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for a breach of this Agreement. If terminated, you may not create a new account without written permission. We may also block your email and IP address to prevent further access.

3.7 Security Notifications

You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected security breaches and to log out at the end of each session. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to comply with these obligations.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Payment Terms

All courses and subscriptions must be paid in full before access is granted. Prices and payment terms are listed at checkout and are subject to change. If auto-renewal is enabled, you will be charged according to the selected term. We may request verification for high-risk transactions.

We reserve the right to change the prices of our courses and subscription plans at any time. If a price change affects a recurring subscription, we will notify you in advance of the change and before it takes effect in your next billing cycle. You will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new price is applied. Continued use of the service after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

4.2 Order Restrictions and Cancellation

We may refuse or limit orders at our discretion. If we modify or cancel your order, we may notify you using the contact information provided.

4.3 Refund Policy

All sales are final. Cotofana Anatomy does not offer refunds. If you cancel a subscription before the end of your billing cycle, access will continue until the end of the term but no refund will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and intellectual property on the Website, including but not limited to videos, images, graphics, text, and logos, are the exclusive property of Cotofana Anatomy Corp. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This Agreement grants no ownership rights. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Trademarks

The Cotofana Anatomy name and logos are trademarks of Cotofana Anatomy Corp. Other trademarks on the Website are the property of their respective owners. You may not use any trademarks without prior written consent. All goodwill from use of Cotofana Anatomy’s trademarks shall inure solely to Cotofana Anatomy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cotofana Anatomy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of its content, and is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website or services.

You expressly understand and agree that Cotofana Anatomy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses — even if Cotofana Anatomy has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies whether the damages arise from contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and result from:

• your use of or inability to use the service;
• the cost of procurement of substitute goods or services resulting from any data, information, or services obtained, or transactions entered into, through the service;
• unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the service or with these terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Cotofana Anatomy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Services.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top will change. We may also notify you using contact details provided. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
